Kamaka Air SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting into mobile messaging from Kamaka Air, you agree to the following terms:

1. Type of Messages: Subscribers will receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, including flight updates, booking confirmations, and logistics alerts from Kamaka Air.
2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our messaging number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
3. Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or email us directly at [email protected].
4. Cost Warning: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and shipping schedules.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy: All data collected through our SMS program is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties.
